Who Are Gen Z?

1. Silent Generation (1928–1945)

• Known for discipline, loyalty, and conservative values.
2. Baby Boomers (1946–1964)

3. Generation X (1965–1980)

4. Millennials (1981–1996)

• Value experiences over material goods; sometimes called “digital pioneers.”
5. Generation Z (1997–2012)

• More global in outlook, progressive, and entrepreneurial.
6. Generation Alpha (2013–2025)
• The youngest generation today, growing up in a world dominated by AI, virtual learning, and advanced digital technology.
• Expected to be the most tech-immersed and diverse generation yet.
7. What Comes After Alpha?
• After Gen Alpha, researchers expect the naming sequence to continue with Generation Beta (2025–2039), followed by Generation Gamma (2040–2054), and Generation Delta (2055–2069).
• These names are inspired by the Greek alphabet, just like Alpha.
• While exact traits are unknown (since they are not born yet or very young), these generations will likely grow up in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, climate change adaptation, and possibly interplanetary exploration.
